Many of these companies are family owned and have adhered to traditional recipes. We are the sole importer of Scotland’s other national drink, A G. Barr Irn-Bru®, a carbonated soda which out sells all other top branded sodas. Gardiner’s of Scotland are makers of delicious fudge and toffee candies in uniquely designed packaging. Named after the cook in the 70’s British miniseries “Upstairs, Downstairs”, the Mrs. Bridges® range of marmalades, preserves and condiments are made with all-natural ingredients. Teas from Brodies of Edinburgh (est. 1867) are the best high quality black teas. The Edinburgh Tea and Coffee Company produce a range of eclectic Scottish teas and a Whisky flavored tea and coffee. Scotland has been renowned for its ling Heather Honeys and we import from direct from the beekeeper, John Mellis, in Southwest Scotland. The oatcake is a uniquely Scottish “cracker” and we are suppliers of the distinctive triangular oatcakes from Stockan’s of the Orkneys islands. Once you taste the shortbread made by The Shortbread House of Edinburgh there will be no looking back! Last but not least we are sole suppliers of Caledonian Kitchen haggis which is produced in the US as haggis importation is prohibited. Every year we supply many Scottish organizations for their annual St Andrews night (Nov) and Rabbie Burns night (Jan).
