Traditional Scottish haggis available in three recipes – Sirloin beef, Highland cow beef and lamb. The Highland cow beef is procured from a private championship American herd. The product is made in a family owned cannery in Ohio which has been inspected and approved by USDA. All recipes contain natural ingredients with no MSG or pork fat. Available year round in 14.5oz retail size. A 28oz catering size in Sirloin beef is available for restaurant use only. A 4lb frozen haggis in a skin is also available for ceremonial purposes.
Two Irish Stew products are also available, one made with beef , the other with lamb.
